We aim to despatch all orders placed on a working day before 2pm on the same day and our despatch team work very hard to make it so! If your order is placed after 2pm or at the weekends, then it will normally be despatched the following working day.
Delivery Times and Charges
Our standard delivery charge for England, Wales and the southern part of Scotland is £5.95 and delivery is within 5 working days. For an extra £3.00 we will despatch on a 24 hour (Overnight) service for next-working day delivery. For an extra £5.00 we can offer an AM delivery service - however, this service can only be ordered by phone to ensure availability. This charge is in addition to our next-day delivery charge. We use both BusinessPost and NightFreight for our courier service and both offer an insured, trackable delivery service.
Our standard delivery charge for Northern Ireland, Offshore Islands or the northern part of Scotland is £8.95 and delivery is within 10 days. Sometimes this means using Royal Mail instead of a courier. For delivery outside of these areas please contact us for a quote..

Free Delivery
Some items on our website may be advertised with free delivery. Orders placed which only contain free delivery items will be exempt from delivery charges. In these cases, delivery is within 10 days unless otherwise stated.
What if I am out?
We usually give our couriers permission to leave goods in a safe place if there is one, but it would be really helpful if you could let us know specifically where we can leave it if you are out. You can use the "Additional / Delivery Comments" box to do this when placing your order. (e.g. "If I am out, leave it by the dustbins"). If you do not wish for it to be left, you can also let us know this using the comments box. In these cases, our couriers will leave a card and you can either collect the delivery from them or arrange a redelivery day.
Damaged Goods
Our couriers are generally very good but occasionally accidents do happen in transit and it is not realised until arrival. If you are in at the time of delivery, please give your goods a quick "once over" before signing for them. If an item is damaged, please reject the delivery and give us a call so we can sort out a replacement.
If a damaged item has been left whilst you were out, please notify us as soon as you can and we'll get it sorted for you speedily and a replacement arranged.
Incomplete Orders
Although we all try hard to provide the best possible service, our production and despatch team are human. If, in a rare case, your order is not complete - please notify us as soon as possible.
Because we are confident about the quality of our products, we offer a "30 Day No-Quibble Moneyback Guarantee" on all orders and we now offer FREE RETURNS. If you decide you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us (used or otherwise) at any point within 30 days following delivery for a full refund. You can either return the item to us, or we can collect it from you free of charge. This is in addition to your statutory rights which (under the Distance Selling regulations) allow you 7 days starting on the day following delivery to return your goods for a full refund.
