What payment methods are accepted?

If you wish to place an order by cheque or postal order - that's fine! Simply send your order to us enclosing your cheque / postal order (don't forget any applicable delivery charges) to the address shown at the top of this page.

Can I order by phone?

Absolutely! We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm on Freephone 0808 120 9676 to accept orders by telephone with a credit or debit card. Regrettably, we are unable to accept Solo, Visa Electron or American Express for orders placed by phone. If you wish to use either of these cards you will need to order online.

Protx are a PCI compliant Payment Processor approved by our Merchant Banking partners, Lloyds TSB Cardnet.

All online payments are fully secured with the highest-possible level of encryption and no financial details are stored by us for orders placed online. When you make a payment via this website, your card details are sent directly to Protx's Secure Servers.

Protx are subscribed to the "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode" programmes which are designed to further enhance security by allowing you to setup a "password" which is linked to your card. If you have not yet created your password, you may be asked to select one the first time you use your card online. You will then be asked for this password whenever you shop online using that card.
