We're a mad bunch! These live webcams give you a glimpse into the hard work that goes on every day here at Original Organics. Picking and packing orders, assembling Wormeries, answering calls, replying to emails and keeping this very website running smoothly. We like to think of us and our customers as one big family - so take a look around!
These webcams are supposed to update automatically every 5 minutes, but bear with us while we iron out some 'glitches'. These cameras have night vision too!
Main Office
This is where most of our customer service team are based. Maria, Caren, Shelley & Katy can be found in here! This is where your telephone call or email would normally be answered and is where we start to process customer orders from the website. |
Online "Mission Control"
This is the hub of our online operations and is where you will normally find Liam and Paul. The screens provide monitoring of our various websites and servers and for our internal network which powers our computers and phones. They also provide us with important stats like how many calls are coming in, the percentage that we have answered quickly and the number of orders outstanding. |
Production & Despatch
Often there isn't a lot to see here, but this is where Dave and Paul spend a lot of their time. For us to cover the whole area of production and despatch would require another 10 cameras though - so you'll just have to keep your eyes peeled! |
