Can I order by phone?
Absolutely! We are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm on 01462 429 777 and we accept orders by phone with a credit or debit card.

We take the security of our customers’ personal and financial details very seriously indeed! That’s why we leave the processing of credit or debit card transactions in the hands of industry leaders, Sage Pay. Sage Pay are a PCI compliant Payment Processor approved by our Banking partners.
All online payments are fully secured with the highest-possible level of encryption and no financial details are stored by us at any time. When you make a payment via this website, your card details are transmitted securely directly to Sage Pay’s Secure Servers. If you are placing your order over the phone our staff enter your card details straight into our virtual terminal which avoids any chance of negligence.
Sage Pay are subscribed to the “Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard SecureCode” programmes which are designed to further enhance security by allowing you to setup a “password” which is linked to your card. If you have not yet created your password, you may be asked to select one the first time you use your card online. You will then be asked for this password whenever you shop online using that card.
Rest assured, this is a legitimate process put in place by your card issuer designed to stop unauthorised use of your card should it fall into the wrong hands! If you have any doubts, please contact your bank or credit card company.
