Rowlinson 7x7 Arley Summerhouse with Veranda

The roof and floor are constructed from tongue and groove, and the apex roof is covered with mineral roofing felt and finished with a diamond shape finial at each end. Toughened glass is used and there are two opening windows for air circulation on warm days. The timber has a lovely warm dipped honey-brown finish. Designed with a covered veranda, 84cm deep, so you can sit outside on hot days with some protection from the sun. Double doors with a black latch fixing, and two tower bolts on the left-hand door, provide access to the interior. Supplied with full assembly instructions and fixings (with the exception of bearers for the floors which are required if the building is to sit on soil or grass).
